Baiiiz Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of Baiiiz, including buyers, sellers, and visitors. By using our platform, website, mobile apps, chat/messaging features, or review system, you agree to abide by these rules. Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action.
1. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Baiiiz to:
Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, counterfeiting, or selling prohibited items under UK law.
Harass, threaten, or defame others via chat, reviews, or public content.
Impersonate Baiiiz staff, sellers, or other users.
Share malicious content, including viruses, spyware, or phishing links.
Circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Spam users with unsolicited messages, reviews, or advertisements.
Manipulate reviews by posting fake feedback, bribing users, or coercing customers.
2. Content Standards for Messaging & Reviews
a. Chat/Messaging
All communications with sellers or buyers must:
Be truthful and relevant to transactions.
Avoid abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language.
Refrain from sharing personal information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) outside Baiiiz.
Not promote competing platforms or services.
b. Product Reviews
Reviews must:
Reflect honest opinions based on actual experiences.
Avoid false claims, defamatory statements, or irrelevant content.
Not include personal attacks on sellers or buyers.
Disclose conflicts of interest (e.g., if you received a free product for review).
Prohibited:
Fake reviews (positive or negative) posted by sellers, competitors, or third parties.
Reviews incentivized by discounts, free products, or payments.
Copying reviews from other platforms.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
Accurately represent products and avoid misleading descriptions.
Respond professionally to buyer messages and reviews.
Never pressure buyers to remove negative reviews or alter feedback.
Report abusive behavior from buyers via Baiiiz’s reporting tools.
4. Consequences of Violations
First offense: Warning and removal of violating content.
Repeat offenses: Temporary or permanent account suspension.
Illegal activity: Immediate account termination and reporting to UK authorities (e.g., Action Fraud, ICO).
Defamation or harassment: Legal action under the Defamation Act 2013 or Malicious Communications Act 1988.
5. Reporting Violations
To report abuse, spam, or policy violations:
Use the “Report” button on messages, reviews, or product pages.
Email info@webzieh.com with evidence (screenshots, order numbers).
For urgent legal issues, contact UK law enforcement.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or platform features. Continued use of Baiiiz constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
