This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through Baiiiz. We are committed to transparency and compliance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all orders placed on the Baiiiz platform, including those fulfilled by third-party sellers, distributors, manufacturers, and Webzieh Creations Limited.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Processing Time:
    Sellers are required to process and dispatch orders within the time frame specified on the product listing, typically within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Order Updates:
    You will receive notifications regarding order status, including dispatch and tracking information, via email and/or your Baiiiz account.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Shipping Methods:
    Sellers may offer a range of shipping options (standard, express, tracked, etc.) as detailed on each product page.

  • Carriers:
    Sellers may use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, UPS, or others. The choice of carrier is at the seller’s discretion unless specified at checkout.

  • Tracking:
    For tracked services, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculation:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the seller’s rates, product size/weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Multiple Sellers:
    If your order contains items from multiple sellers, shipping fees may be charged separately for each seller and your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Delivery:
    Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller’s location, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery address.

  • Delays:
    While sellers strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s or Baiiiz’s control.

  • Non-Delivery:
    If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact the seller via your Baiiiz account. If unresolved, escalate the issue to Baiiiz Customer Support.

6. Delivery Locations

  • United Kingdom:
    Baiiiz sellers are required to deliver to all valid UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • International Delivery:
    Some sellers may offer international shipping. Availability, costs, and delivery times for international orders will be specified on the product page.

7. Delivery Attempts & Collection

  • Missed Delivery:
    If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

  • Uncollected Parcels:
    If a parcel is returned to the seller due to non-collection, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

  • Damaged Parcels:
    Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged, notify the seller via Baiiiz within 48 hours and provide photos of the damage.

  • Lost Parcels:
    If your parcel is lost in transit, the seller is responsible for investigating and, if necessary, issuing a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Items:
    If you receive the wrong item, contact the seller via Baiiiz immediately for resolution.

9. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must:

    • Dispatch orders within the specified timeframe.

    • Provide accurate tracking information for tracked shipments.

    • Ensure goods are packaged securely and comply with all applicable shipping regulations.

    • Communicate promptly with buyers regarding any shipping issues.

10. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must:

    • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

    • Be available to receive the delivery or arrange for collection as instructed by the carrier.

    • Notify the seller promptly of any delivery issues.

11. Force Majeure

Baiiiz and sellers are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
