Baiiiz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Baiiiz, a multi-vendor marketplace operated by Webzieh Creations Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Baiiiz website or mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About Baiiiz
Baiiiz is a marketplace platform enabling registered users (“Customers” or “you”) to purchase products from various independent sellers, distributors, manufacturers, and from Webzieh Creations Limited directly. Baiiiz acts as an intermediary, facilitating transactions but does not own or control the products listed by third-party sellers.
2. Eligibility
To use Baiiiz, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You must promptly update any information to keep your account accurate.
4. Purchases, Payments, and Secured Checkout
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, the world’s most trusted payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
Industry-Leading Secure Payment Process:
Payment is only authorized at checkout, but not immediately captured.
Your payment amount is captured only after we confirm product availability and the product successfully passes our rigorous quality check by our dedicated Quality Department.
If either condition is not met, we do not capture payment, ensuring your funds remain secure until your order is fully verified.
This secure checkout system protects you from paying for unavailable, damaged, or unsatisfactory products, providing unparalleled payment safety.
Baiiiz charges sellers a service and transaction fee; these do not affect the prices you pay as a customer.
5. Order Fulfilment, Quality Checks, and Shipping
Products are shipped directly by the respective sellers. Estimated delivery times are provided by sellers and may vary. Sellers are responsible for providing tracking information and ensuring timely delivery.
Quality Assurance and Replacement Policy:
Each product undergoes a strict inspection by our Quality Department before shipping to guarantee high standards of condition and authenticity.
If the ordered product fails the quality check or is unavailable, we will suggest a similar product of equal value that is in stock and has passed our quality check as a replacement.
If you accept the replacement, we will update your order, capture payment, and ship the replacement product. If you do not accept a replacement, your payment will not be captured and the order will be cancelled.
This quality-first approach emphasises careful preparation over speed, ensuring you receive only thoroughly checked products—not rushed deliveries.
If your order is delayed, damaged, or not delivered, please contact the seller through the Platform. Baiiiz will assist in resolving disputes as needed.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“cooling-off period”) for most items, as per Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To initiate a return, contact the seller via the Platform for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the seller confirms receipt of the returned product or agrees to a refund.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or not as described. Some items (e.g., perishable goods, personalised items, unsealed software) may not be eligible for return.
7. Product Descriptions and Liability
Sellers are responsible for ensuring accurate, non-misleading product descriptions, images, and prices. Baiiiz does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of products sold by third-party sellers.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise breaches your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Disputes and Resolution
If you have a dispute with a seller, please attempt to resolve it through the Platform’s messaging system. If unresolved, escalate the issue to Baiiiz for mediation. While we assist, Baiiiz is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. Offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (excluding product listings) is owned by Webzieh Creations Limited or licensors and is protected by copyright. Use without permission is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Baiiiz and Webzieh Creations Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with updated dates. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of England and Wales.
